Attention all current AP students: All AP students taking an AP exam this year must attend an AP information session. AP Information sessions will only be help in AP Lang, AP Geography, AP US history and AP Psychology.


  • If you do not have one of those AP classes, you will need to attend one of those classes during their scheduled AP information session.


  • Your first opportunity to attend a session if you do not have AP Lang, AP Geography, AP Psychology or AP US History, is to attend the session in AP Lang this Thursday. Please Come to Ms Murr's Room W202 5th or 6th hour.


  • Another opportunity will be in AP Psychology in Room W211 on April 20th during 1st ,2nd, 5th or 7th periods.
  • Start planning ahead so you do not miss this mandatory session.




Interested in becoming a link leader next year? On Tuesday, April 10th  and Wednesday, April 11th current sophomores and juniors can attend an informational meeting during lunch in the Spartan Center. See Ms. Forster with any questions.



If you are interested in becoming a Student Council executive board member or officer, the applications are due tomorrow at the meeting. Be prepared to give a short speech on election day, which will be Tuesday, April 17.

Calling all burrito lovers,

Foil your dinner plans and stop by the Chipotle at 1857 Robert Street in West St. Paul for our fundraiser TONIGHT -Monday, April 09 from 4:00pm - 8:00pm. We're raising money to support the Simley Lacrosse Team, so just download a flyer or mention the fundraiser at checkout and they'll donate 50% of the proceeds to the cause!  Can’t wait to see you there!


TONIGHT - Parent meeting for all parents of 2018-2019, 9-12th grade Boys Hockey Players

There will be a Theatre Boosters meeting in the Simley IMC at 6:30 on Tuesday, April 10th. We hope to see you there!



Fall 2018 Simley Soccer Players| On Wednesday, April 11, there will be a 2:35 PM meeting in the high school lunchroom to hear from Simley High Soccer Coaches about summer training, summer soccer camps, and the upcoming fall soccer season. Also, on hand will be Simley Soccer Booster Club members to discuss the Spring fundraiser to help with your booster fees. All incoming freshman are welcome to attend.



JUNIOR-SENIOR PROM: Party Like Gatsby

Attention juniors and seniors, prom this year will be held on Saturday, April 21 at Mall of America. Grand March will be held prior to the dance in the PAC at Simley.  Tickets are $40 per person and will be sold STARTING TODAY, Monday, April 9th thru Friday, April 13th in the Cafeteria BEFORE SCHOOL & DURING ALL LUNCHES.


Tickets will include all of the following events:

Grand March: 4:30 p.m.-5:30 p.m. in our Performing Arts Center

Dance: 8:00 p.m.-10:30 p.m. at Mall of America in Parkview Event Center

Rides: 10:30 p.m.-12:00 p.m. Nickelodeon Universe (we have bought out the park for unlimited rides)


If you are bringing a guest from another school you must have a completed Guest contract to purchase a ticket for them. The Guest contracts are now available in the Guidance Office. They are due back on or before Monday, April 16.


Please note: Mall of America has a Parental Escort Policy in place. The mall’s curfew restrictions requires all patrons after 4:00 pm prove they are at least 16 with a valid MN State ID or Driver’s License (other options for ID are listed on the MOA website) or an adult 21 years or older must escort you to Parkview Event Center located in Nickelodeon Universe. Seniors - Your Senior Grad Fee is due!   Payments can be made on Fee Pay or in person to Ms. Sievert in the Main Office.



Any Spanish club student that completed their volunteer opportunity and would like to attend Festival of Nations on May 3rd should stop by Mrs. Valencia's room to get a permission slip.




Simley’s Relay For Life will be taking place overnight from Friday, April 27th to Saturday the 28th. We encourage all students, staff, and community members to participate in this amazing and impactful event. Student Parking Lot- Only students with a Simley parking pass are allowed to park in the student lot. If you do not have a pass, you must park off campus. Students found parked in the

lot with a pass may be ticketed, booted etc. See Ms. Sievert in the main office if you have questions.



Reminder to Simley students - You are NOT allowed to be in the middle school. This includes cutting through the middle school in the morning and afternoons when arriving to or leaving from school.
