The Atheneum program is housed in Salem Hills Elementary School, 5899 Babcock Trail, Inver Grove Heights, MN 55077.


What grade levels are at Atheneum?

Atheneum currently has classrooms for grades 2 - 5.


What is the school’s schedule?

Atheneum school hours are 8:30 AM - 3:10 PM


Is transportation provided?

What testing does an applicant need?

Every student must have the following assessments completed for consideration into the Atheneum Gifted Magnet Program:
MAP Reading and Math - Achievement Measure
CogAT - Ability Measure
WISC - Aptitude Test


When will we find out who our child's teacher is and what school supplies to purchase?

Families who are enrolled for the 2016-2017 school year will receive detailed information in August via mail from Salem Hills Elementary School/Atheneum. School supply lists are available on our ISD 199 website. Click here to see school supply lists.
