School Counselors (assigned by last name) support students with academics, scheduling, personal and social needs. In addition, they keep track of student credits and make sure that each student is on track to graduate on time.

In addition, Simley provides students with a wide-variety of post-secondary planning resources, which can be found in the school's Student Center. Here, there is also the College and Career Counselor, who supports students with all areas of post-secondary planning.
