Volunteers and staff host classes on subjects they are passionate about, from arts and crafts to sports, and students can choose which SALT Day classes to attend.

This year, SALT Day took place over two days. Classes were held in Pine Bend’s common areas to provide more room for students to do activities safely. Each student attended one movement class and one arts and crafts class. Students could choose to make calming jars and stress balls or paint a vase, plate, or canvas for their craft activity. For their movement activity, students could do an obstacle course or play hockey and dodgeball.

Thank you to the Pine Bend PTSA for making SALT Day possible. Thank you, also, to everyone who hosted classes and helped students during activities!
