When Schools Are Strong, Communities Thrive
The Inver Grove Heights community - including businesses, real estate values, neighborhoods, etc. - is thriving in large part because of its strong schools. As our schools have added educational opportunities for students, more resident students have returned to Inver Grove Heights Schools from other public schools, private institutions, and homeschooling. What we offer has also attracted new families to the area, helping our community grow and thrive.
We have always done a lot with a little. Our “per student” funding is the lowest of our surrounding school districts. We have done everything we can to keep costs low while serving our students to the fullest, but decades of underfunding are now threatening the educational opportunities that bring students to our schools.
Your vote will help us maintain the opportunities that help our students and, in turn, our community thrive.
