199 Online High School


Important Notice
After budget conversations throughout the district, a decision was made to pause 199 Online High School starting next school year, 2024-2025. The funds related to COVID-19 that helped implement the online learning program will no longer be available after this June, and 199 Online’s enrollment numbers are not high enough to continue offering it at this time. The pause will also take place as Simley transitions to a new principal.

Current 199 Online students will return to in-person learning. Students who previously attended Simley High School or Inver Grove Heights Middle School will be automatically enrolled in Simley next school year. Any students who open-enrolled in 199 Online High School will be enrolled in Simley High School next school year.

If your student will not be attending Simley High School for the 2024-2025 school year, please notify the Simley registrar at 651-306-7007.

Although 199 Online High School will not be offered next school year, this pause is an opportunity for Simley and ISD 199 to review different options that can offer flexibility for students. Thank you, students and families, for being part of 199 Online.
