Committee Signup

Required

The district has various opportunities for involvement on committees and/or advisory councils. This survey has been developed for those interested in applying for selection on a committee and/or advisory council. The questions are asked to understand current levels of involvement, demographic information to ensure appropriate representation across the district, and an understanding of the individual's interest and background for the preferred involvement opportunity.

This survey is always open and memberships are reviewed as positions become available. Please be aware that, depending on the number of applications and the limited spaces available, we may or may not be able to accommodate your request.
