199 Reporter

The 199 Reporter is quarterly newsletter about district business and initiatives as well as student and staff accomplishments within our schools. The newsletter is mailed to all residents within Inver Grove Heights Schools boundaries and sent electronically to all ISD 199 families.

Each piece that is distributed is labeled Enhanced Carrier Route Walking Sequence Saturation, (ECRWSS). This is the most inexpensive way to send the publication because the 199 Reporter is added to every address in the route as opposed to only select addresses. The work required of the United States Postal Service is reduced, and in turn, postage is reduced, allowing the district to remain fiscally responsible.
