ISD 199 is home to an award-winning Business Services Department, which is dedicated to exemplary financial stewardship of the taxpayer dollars and funding the school district receives from federal, state, and local levels.

Excellence in Financial Reporting

ISD 199 has received a certificate of excellence in financial reporting from the Association of School Business Officials International (ASBO) every year for 21 years. ASBO awards the certificate of excellence based on accounting practices and reporting procedures in a district's Annual Comprehensive Financial Report.

Aa3 Credit Rating

The district has an underlying Aa3 credit rating and an enhanced rating of Aa2 from Moody's. This high ranking indicates that the district has a strong credit-worthiness.
