Summer Food Service Program 2026
The Summer Food Service Program at ISD 199 schools provides free meals to all children 18 and younger. No paperwork is required, simply show up to one of the participating sites this summer. Meals from participating ISD 199 schools must be eaten on site. Adult meals are available for purchase. Meals will be served on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Can't get to a participating school? No problem! ISD 199 Food Service partners with The Open Door Mobile Lunch Box program to make meals more accessible to our families and community. The Open Door drives food trucks out to designated sites in the Inver Grove Heights community for kids who can't get to a participating ISD 199 school. Kids can walk up to any Open Door food truck and get a free meal.
