ParentSquare

To update your contact information, update it in Infinite Campus with the following steps:

1. Log in to the Parent Portal and click Infinite Campus.
2. Click on the person icon in the upper righthand corner of the screen.
3. Click "Settings."
4. Click "Contact Preferences."
5. Update your phone number and/or email address if necessary.
6. Click "Save" after making any changes.

To change your password, go to parentsquare.com/signin and click "Forgot Password." Put in the email address or phone number you used to sign up (the same email or number that is on file with your child's school), and you’ll be sent a link to reset your password. 

Yes, the first time that you log into ParentSquare, all of your enrolled children should automatically be listed in the upper lefthand corner. If you don’t see them in your parent account, please contact your child's school. 

In your ParentSquare feed, you may see posts, messages, alerts, and group communications. 

• Posts: Updates for classes, grade levels, or the whole school updates. 
• Messages: Private or small-group chats.
• Groups: Messages for teams, clubs, or school groups. 

To get full access to all of the helpful features that ParentSquare has to offer, register for ParentSquare at parentsquare.com/signin using the "Sign In" steps above.

Once you're signed into ParentSquare, you can click the button below or the questions mark (?) next to your name for Help Articles.
