Nine Simley High School athletes competed in the Minnesota State High School League (MSHSL) Adapted Bowling State Tournament on May 9. Students qualified for the singles, doubles, and teams tournaments.
Donovan G. competed in the Boys Singles category. Facing 33 competitors, he knocked down a total of 464 pins, earning 3rd place in his division of the Boys Singles Tournament!
Donovan then paired up with Shyanne G. in the Doubles Tournament. The duo placed 4th in their division with a total of 869 pins!
Simley’s team of Mari B., Tristan M., Rafe S., and Theo S. faced 15 teams from across Minnesota. The group scored an impressive 1,697 pins, winning 1st place in the state in their division!

Nueve atletas de Simley High School compitieron en el Torneo Estatal de Boliche Adaptado de la Liga de Escuelas Secundarias de Minnesota (MSHSL) el 9 de mayo. Los estudiantes calificaron para los torneos de individuales, dobles y equipos.
Donovan G. compitió en la categoría de Individual Masculino. Enfrentándose a 33 competidores, derribó un total de 464 pinos, ¡ganando el tercer lugar en su división del Torneo Individual Masculino!
