IGHMS PTSA is organizing a Fall Conference Teacher Appreciation Meal on Monday October 16th.

Each year the PTSA hosts a collection contest starting in January, so start collecting these at home now!
This is the easiest and biggest fundraiser we host. We won't ask you to sell anything, so take this opportunity to contribute!
PTSA Meeting
IGH Middle School PTSA will meet on Tuesday Oct 3rd at 6:30 in the IMC (library). A big thanks to everyone who volunteered for our events and/or supported us through your membership, donations and behind-the-scenes work. We have another full month ahead with the 6th grade party, staff appreciation meal during conferences and the Book Fair, so please get involved!

We are also looking for donations, such as 2 liter bottles of pop, fun size candy, and $5 gift cards for prizes. Donations can be dropped off in the main office by Friday, October 6th.
Tickets will be sold during lunch on October 3rd, 4th, and 5th
Tickets cost- $5 to cover the cost of food and entertainment.
Dance Team
Interested in joining the 2017-2018 Simley Dance Team? Winter Competitive Team tryout practices will take place on Monday, October 23rd and Tuesday, October 24th from 4:00-5:00 pm & 5:15-6:15pm. Tryouts and team announcements will take place on Tuesday, October 24th after practice from 6:30-7:30 pm. If you are currently in grades 7-12, you are welcome to tryout. See the signs posted around school for more details. Please email the Coaches at [email protected] with any questions.

An Important Reminder for all students & parents…
All students must be accompanied by an adult in order to attend any home athletic events. This includes all middle school events as well as any high school events including the varsity football games. We will turn students away at the door if they are not with an adult. Please know that a parent cannot just drop a student off for the night. They must buy a ticket and be in attendance during the event.
