NEWS FROM THE PARENTS OF IGH MIDDLE SCHOOL (Formerly PTSA)

  1. BOX TOPS TIME IS UPON US!

Please bring Box Tops, Tyson Project A+, Loaves for Learning, and Milk Moola in to your Advisor class and place them in the bag between Monday, January 14th and Thursday, February 14th.  The Advisor class in each grade (6th, 7th, 8th) that collects the most items (each label or box top will count as one item) will earn a pizza party. Remember to gather them up at your house and ask your friends, neighbors and family to help you out! Money received by the parent group from these refunding programs goes to you and your teachers and classrooms. Do you part and help us help you!

  2. REMAINING MEETINGS

The Parents of IGH Middle School (formerly known as IGH Middle School PTSA) will meet several more times this year. Please consider attending a meeting or two, or even more, to bring your ideas for supporting our students and raising money for the school. The remaining meeting dates are:

    January 15

    February 19

    March 19

    April 16

    May 21

  3. BOOK FAIR

We are in need of someone to take over the duties of our Middle School Book Fair.  The duties are pretty easy and can be co-chaired if preferred.  Please reach out to Jen Pieczka at [email protected] or Amanda Mcclain at [email protected] if interested!

*Important Reminder for all students & parents

All students must be accompanied by a Parent/Guardian in order to attend any home athletic events. This includes all middle school events as well as any high school events. We will turn students away at the door if they are not with a Parent/Guardian. Please know that a Parent/Guardian cannot just drop a student off for the night. They must buy a ticket and be in attendance during the event.
