New Announcements

2019 Simley Trap

Friday March 15th is the deadline for registration for the Simley Trap Team.

All returning athletes have been sent invitations from the Clay Target league to complete the online registration process. Some athletes have had difficulty receiving these emails and you should check your spam folders. If you were planning to register and either have not received the league registration email or attended the parent meeting in February, please contact us at the [email protected] and request the Clay Target League registration information. For any athletes who are new to the team and you were not able to make the Primer on Saturday March 9th, we will be contacting you to try to make this up prior to the first practice the first week of April. Simley Trap is open to students 7-12 grade who have completed the MN DNR Firearms Safety Certificate. Due to league requirements, once rosters are closed there will be no exceptions to add athletes. Thank you in advance for your attention to the pending deadline. Go Spartans!

A Message from the District Office:

In October 2018, the Inver Grove Heights School Board approved the proposed revised school start times. The approval followed a process that was carried out over two school years. Beginning in the fall of 2019, elementary schools will run from 7:50 AM to 2:30 PM. Secondary schools, middle and high school, will run from 8:30 AM to 3:20 PM.

Please visit http://tinyurl.com/199transitionplan for the 2019-2020 Family Smooth Transitions Plan.

Smooth Transitions is the district plan that responds to family questions about school start and end times, what student schedules will look like, and how the change will impact students and families at various levels. As plans continue to be made, information will be available in updated handbooks, on the district website, through transportation via bus schedules, and directly from your school.
