Twin City Orthopedics Survey for Simley Coaches & Parents of Athletes

Hello Parents and Coaches,
As part of Simley High School sport medicine partnership with Twin Cities Orthopedics, we are asking that all parents of athletes and coaches please take a few minutes to complete a partnership survey: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/WGLGP2L. The responses to this survey will be used to strengthen the partnership between Simley High School and TCO and to give TCO insight as to the awareness of our sports medicine partnership. The survey takes approximately 3-5 minutes to complete. Those that complete the survey will have the opportunity to enter a drawing for a TCO Yeti tumbler mug.
Surveys will be open until 11:59pm CT on May 10th. One winner will be notified via email by 11:59pm CT on Wednesday, May 15th.
Email addresses submitted for the drawing will not be used for advertising or solicitation by TCO. Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback to TCO on behalf of Simley High School.
