This year, the IGHMS Parent Teacher Organization will continue their efforts to raise funds to help us support students and staff through refunding.  What is refunding? It's where you collect labels from products purchased, and we mail them into companies in exchange for money for the school.  PLEASE NOTE - many companies have ended their programs, including Tyson Project A+, Labels for Education and Kwik Trip (milk). Box Tops 4 Education is continuing their program, but has begun phasing out their actual box tops (they call them "clips") on packaging. They now have an app you can download at https://www.boxtops4education.com - with the app, you use a cell phone to scan a store receipt with participating products on it, and the money goes straight to the school.  Please download and use the app to help support the group's efforts at the school, and also continue to clip physical Box Tops for as long as you see them on products. Watch for upcoming announcements regarding collection of Box Top Clips for Fall and Spring.

The October Middle School PTO meeting will be Tuesday, October 22nd at 6:30 pm in the Media Center. We will be discussing committees, upcoming activities and more. Be sure to mark your calendar!

We want to thank everyone who has generously donated to the Clothing Closet. We have had so many generous members of our community donate that our closet is bursting at the seams. Therefore, we are not currently accepting donations.  Please consider taking your donation to Neighbor’s Inc. and look for an announcement of needs we may have moving forward.
