The Gender Sexuality Alliance is leading Simley’s participation in GLSEN’s National Day of Silence on Friday, April 23rd. They are taking a vow of silence as a form of reclamation and protest for the silencing and injustices towards the LGBTQ+ community in schools. LGBTQ+ people and their allies are welcome to participate. For more information reach out to Ms. Ney or the GSA.

Yearbook Update: Due to the challenges of COVID, the yearbook team will need to use the rest of the school year to complete the Yearbook. This will push our book distribution back to mid July. Look for more info this summer.
The yearbook team is working hard to create a book that represents the year and all Simley students. Yearbooks are still for sale and can be purchased by going to commpe.pictavo.com and using the school code: 93441. Once you have selected Simley, click “Shop My School” to order.

9th-11th Grade Student Portraits for the Yearbook: If you did not take a Lifetouch school photo this year, you will not be in the portrait section of the Yearbook unless you take a photo with Ms. Hensch next week (4/19-4/23).  Please stop by during lunch (any time from 11:10-12:25) to get your photo taken or stop by Ms. Hensch's room (WA209) any day next week before school.
If you are an online student: Please come to school to get your photo taken Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, or Friday from 11:10-12:25 or email Ms. Hensch at [email protected] to set up another time.
