Special Shout Out to our State Qualifier, Stella Anderson-Moye! Stella finished 2nd in the 100 Free and will be advancing to State. She also SMASHED the Simley Team Record in the 100 Free by 3 tenths of a second. Stella will be competing at State - this Friday at Noon - at the U of M Aquatic Center.
Thank you to all who contributed to our Fall Food Drive. Neighbors reported our donations totaled to 920 pounds of food! Our top classes with the most donations include Ms. Landman's Care students, Ms. Hensch's 9th graders, and Mr. Gerber's senior AVID students. Thank you for your kindness and consideration for our community.
Want to learn how to help the environment and your community? Join Simley's Environmental Club. There are posters up around the school. Either scan the QR code or come to our first meeting Wednesday after school in Ms. Prall's room to learn more!
Attention all students, T2 classes begin December 6. THERE WILL BE NO HOMEROOMS to hand out paper schedules. Everyone must review their T2 schedule on Infinite campus. If you notice an error, email your counselor asap. No schedule changes will be made after Thursday, December 2nd at 3:30pm. Please remember, we cannot accommodate teacher requests, hour switches, or requests to move study halls to certain hours of the day.
Are you interested in programming? Do you like to design and build items? Are you interested in 3D and graphic design? If any of these things sound interesting to you, you should consider joining Spartan Robotics! There will be an informational meeting for those interested in Spartan Robotics on Tuesday, November 16th at 3:30 in EA-111 (the computer lab near the weight room).

Please join us for the Simley Shooting Sports Team fundraiser tonight, November 15th at B52 Burgers and Brew in Inver Grove Heights
The fundraiser starts at 4:00 PM and will go until 11:00 PM. B52’s will donate 30% of the total involved sales (this will include food and beverage sales!). Looking for a WINTER sport? Doesn’t 80 degrees in the winter sound nice? Join the Boys Swimming & Diving team and it will feel like Hawaii every day. The Boys Swimming and Diving team is open to ALL 9th-12th graders and starts Monday, Nov. 29th. Bus Drivers Needed!
ISD 199 is looking for more bus drivers and bus driver subs! Before and after school shifts are available, 4 hours per day are guaranteed, up to $23.25 per hour plus paid training, and full benefits at 25 hours per week. Learn more and apply at www.isd199.org/careers.

Lunch release is not being offered this year. All students must remain in the building during their lunches.
Study Hall Release is available to all students who have study halls 1st or 7th hours. Study hall releases will not be granted for study halls in the middle of the school day. Release forms are available in the Guidance Office or the Main Office.

In order to get your son/daughter registered for sports you need to follow the link below to our new registration site; SmartSchool K12. When you arrive at the home site of the user portal, you will see guides available that will walk you through the registration process and setting up your parent portal, step by step.
When you are connecting your student to your parent account, you will need the STUDENT ID and their DATE OF BIRTH. You WILL NOT use a family key.
Once you are registered and you have added your student to your account, please make sure to go into your settings and add a "Funding Source". This will allow you to complete your purchases upon checkout. Do not auto-fill this section as it will not work due to security reasons.
Earlier this year we had a lot of issues with different browsers when families were registering. Please attempt to use FireFox, as it is the most successful.
