NEW ANNOUNCEMENTS "Are you interested in the German culture, or just want to meet new people in a fun setting outside of class? There will be a short informational meeting for German Club this Friday in Mr. Mitchell's room EA203 at 8:15am. The club is open to anyone and all are welcome."
The Simley Marching Band had a busy weekend with three parades. On Saturday, the marching band participated in the IGH Days Parade and then immediately traveled to participate in the Osseo Parade. The marching band finished their busy weekend by being awarded GRAND CHAMPION at the Defeat of Jesse James Day Parade in Northfield on Sunday. Congratulations to the marching band for their efforts and growth thus far.
Students: Photos and IDs from the August picture day are in! They are available for pick-up in the Assistant Admin’s Office, with Ms. Janice, located next to the nurse’s office. If you were unable to take your photo in August, picture make-up day is September 21st. Re-takes will be on Oct. 26th. Want to learn skills you’ll use for a lifetime? Join the Debate Team! Open to 8th-12th Graders. Information meeting in Mr. Dorfner’s room *WA211 September 13th at 3:45. Attention Juniors and Seniors-anyone who is interested in joining the homecoming committee, please sign up outside of Ms. Austin's classroom WA 106.
Seniors: The parking permit applications can be found in Infinite Campus on the parent side. Both the Google doc and payment must be submitted BEFORE a permit can be issued. You have until Sept. 14th to submit BOTH. Any application submitted after may loose priority standing.  Juniors-a paper application was sent to your home in the back to school packet. You can turn them in to the office. Lunch release and study hall release are available for seniors only!  Parents of seniors have been emailed with the release forms.  If your parents have already submitted the forms, please check into the main office before leaving, until you receive your release card.  That being said, ALL Students, we DO NOT allow door dash, grub hub or other similar food deliveries here during the school day. Please arrange your lunches ahead of time.

Simley Cross Country is holding a fundraiser event on 10/6 from 4-8pm at the Noodles location in West St. Paul. 25% of all qualifying purchases will go directly to the Cross Country Boosters Club.
Simley Co-Ed High School Bowling Club:Do you have a son or daughter in 7th through 12th grade that is interested in bowling for the Simley Co-Ed High School Bowling Club? Any level of bowler is welcome. If interested, please contact Gary Salzman(coach) at [email protected] for more information.
Bus Drivers Needed! ISD 199 is looking for more bus drivers and bus driver subs! Before and after school shifts are available, 4 hours per day are guaranteed, up to $23.25 per hour plus paid training, and full benefits at 25 hours per week. Learn more and apply at www.isd199.org/careers.
