Monday's Words of Wisdom

Words of Wisdom shared over morning announcements today.  Enjoy!

Eleanor Roosevelt was the wife of former president Franklin D. Roosevelt.
Here are a few words of her wisdom:

You gain strength, courage and confidence by every experience in
which you really stop to look fear in the face. You must do that
which you think you cannot do.

So here's the challenge for today: Be brave. Notice what stops you from
being the best you can be. Are you afraid of something? Are you afraid of
not being smart enough? Are you afraid that people won't like you?

If you are, talk about it with someone you respect __ your parents or favorite
teacher. Then, look fear in the face, and make it a great day . . . or not. The
choice is yours.
