HAPPY THANKSGIVING!! Classes resume on Monday, November 27th.

 

Attention all students interested in auditioning for the upcoming One Act Plays. The audition sign up sheet and audition forms are posted in the  Performing Arts Center hallway.  Contact Jim Davis if you have any questions.

Congratulations to the Simley Varsity High School Bowling team for a successful season.  The team includes:  Alec Frederick, Noah Gilberg, Tyler Klinepier, Hanah Litz, Brooke Salzman, and Cole VanKempen.  They finished the season at 17-4.  They took 2nd at the Minnesota Qualifying Tournament and are advancing to the State Varsity Tournament which will be held December 2nd at Flaherty’s in Arden Hills.

Congratulations to the Simley Red JV High School Bowling team for a successful season.  The team includes:  Mitchell Carlson, Tylor Christiansen, Rachel Holst, Emily Miles, Steven Van Kempen and Sterling Walton.  They finished the season at 12-2.  They won the JV Minnesota Qualifying Tournament and are advancing to the State JV Tournament which will be held on Sunday, December 3rd at Concord Lanes in So. St. Paul.

  • Congratulations to Alec Frederick and Tyler Klinepier for receiving Varsity All Conference awards.

  • Congratulations to Tyler Klinepier for also being named Most Outstanding Player (MOP) for our conference and also being named to the 2nd All-State Team.

Also congratulations to Mitchell Carlson, Noah Gilberg, Rachel Holst, Hanah Litz, Anna Olson, Cole VanKempen, Matthew VanKempen, Steven Van Kempen, and Sterling Walton for receiving All Honors.

 

Attention German Club Members - The due date to sign up for the European Christmas Market trip is TODAY.


Hometown Meats Fundraiser for the Simley Boys Hockey Team!

On Friday, November 24th, 10% of your purchases from Hometown Meats  between

Finals are next Wednesday and Thursday!!  Be prepared for your finals by attending Cookies & Cram!  Cookies & Cram study sessions will be held on  Monday 11/27 & Tuesday 11/28 from 2:30 - 4:00 p.m. in the Student Center (upstairs!)  Join your classmates and LINK leaders to study for finals.

Students, this is a reminder that all schedule issues need to be fixed by November 30th. As always, we will not be making any teacher requests or requests to rearrange the order of your classes for any reason.

 

Attention Simley Girls!   Are you interested in bowling for the Simley Girls High School Bowling Club?  Any level of bowler is welcome.  Practices will begin mid-December. If interested, please contact Gary Salzman (coach) at [email protected]   for more information.  

 

Attention Seniors!

If you have not had your senior pictures taken yet, make sure you schedule your photo shoot soon! You have until December 1st to submit your Senior Portrait, turn in your baby picture, and complete the Senior Yearbook Survey.

Simley Basketball Players, Parents, and Fans

Attention ALL Students: You are not allowed to order and have food delivered to the school. Any deliveries made to the school for a student will be turned away regardless if the meal was already paid for. NO exceptions.

 


Student Parking Lot- Only students with a Simley parking pass are allowed to park in the student lot. If you do not have a pass, you must park off campus. Students found parked in the lot with a pass may be ticketed, booted etc. See Ms. Sievert in the main office if you have questions.


Reminder to Simley students - You are NOT allowed to be in the middle school. This includes cutting through the middle school in the morning and afternoons when arriving to or leaving from school.
