Published on Mar 8, 2018 13:02

This is a reminder that the registration deadline for next school year is TODAY!

Students are finding that the registration option on Infinite campus does not show up on cell phones or tablets, so you may need to use a computer or laptop to enter your registration in your Campus portal.

Do not wait until the last minute to register as you may find you cannot use the device you thought you could register on.

Remember the deadline is this TODAY!

Reminder to all juniors who will be taking the ACT on April 3rd.

The ZAPS ACT Test Prep Seminar will be held on Saturday March 17th in the Spartan Center. Students will learn strategies and tips to improve scores for all subtests in the exam.  This course will also help students to gain confidence and reduce test anxiety. Students may register online at www.doorwaytocollege.com

See your counselor if you have questions.

The Simley High School Bands hosted and participated in the Minnesota State High School League Region 3AA Instrumental Large Group Contest on March 6th. Five schools and nine bands performed musical selections for a three judge panel. The Simley High School Wind Ensemble and Symphonic Band each received the highest overall score of "SUPERIOR." Each judge scores the musical selections on tone quality, intonation, rhythm, balance and blend, technique, articulation and other performance factors, such as the choice of literature, appearance and conduct.

Thanks to the parents and students who helped make this event a success!  Mr O and the Band Boosters could not do this without your assistance.
