Applications for next year's Link Crew are due this Friday April 27th! Current sophomore and juniors should submit applications to Ms. Sievert in the main office. Applications can be found in the main office and the guidance office. See Ms. Forster or Ms. Schwanz with questions.



Congratulations to the Simley Blue Varsity Girls High School Bowling team for a successful season.  The team includes: Rachel Holst, Emily Miles, Anna Olson, Brooke Salzman, and Ashley VanKempen. They are advancing to the State Varsity Tournament which will be held April 28th at Bowlero in Eden Prairie.

Congratulations to Rachel Holst, Anna Olson, Brooke Salzman, and Ashley VanKempen for receiving Varsity All Conference awards.

Also, congratulations to Amanda Clifton, Brooke Llerandi, and Emily Miles for receiving All Honors.


Simley Theatre Presents
The Wizard of Oz

In this charming theatrical adaptation based on the popular L. Frank Baum stories, Dorothy and her dog Toto are caught in a tornado's path and somehow end up in the land of Oz. Here she meets some memorable friends and foes in her journey to meet the Wizard of Oz who everyone says can help her return home and possibly grant her new friends their goals of a brain, heart and courage.

Interested in learning more about the U.S. Marine Corps? Sergeant Azoulay will be presenting on Careers in the Marines on Thursday, 5/3 @ 9:30 AM. See Ms. Kimble to sign-up.  

Simley’s Relay For Life will be taking place overnight from Friday April 27th to Saturday the 28th. We encourage all students and staff to participate in this amazing and impactful event. High school students who raise $50 will be able to stay overnight for fun activities such as Zumba and a dodgeball tournament. Visit the website for more information.

I.G. H.  B.E.S.T. Foundation 20th Annual May Day 5K Family Walk/Run

Saturday, May 5, 2018

This race is a walk/run with a short route for families. Race day check-in/registration is from 7:30-8:30 a.m. There will be a morning snack, juice and coffee before the race and hot dogs, chips and pop after the race, prepared by American Legion Post 424. There will also be prize drawings. Pre-register to guarantee yourself a t-shirt. Proceeds go to the Inver Grove Heights B.E.S.T Foundation and will be used to grant scholarships to Simley High School students.

Seniors - Your Senior Grad Fee is due!   Payments can be made on Fee Pay or in person to Ms. Sievert in the Main Office.

Student Parking Lot- Only students with a Simley parking pass are allowed to park in the student lot. If you do not have a pass, you must park off campus. Students found parked in the

lot with a pass may be ticketed, booted etc. See Ms. Sievert in the main office if you have questions.

Reminder to Simley students - You are NOT allowed to be in the middle school. This includes cutting through the middle school in the morning and afternoons when arriving to or leaving from school.
