Data Requests
Data requests must follow state and federal laws as well as our Policy 722 Public Data and Data Requests. If you would like to make a data request of ISD 199, please use the appropriate Data Request form:
Please be aware that, upon receipt of your request, we will have up to 35 days to respond, by law. Depending on the request, we may prepare a sample of the data you request before fulfilling the entire request. We will notify you when the sample is ready. At that time, you will have five (5) business days to come to the ISD 199 District Office at 2990 80th Street East in Inver Grove Heights to inspect or collect the sample. If you do not appear at the district office to review or collect the sample, the district may suspend further action on the request as permitted by law.
