Inver Grove Heights, a Yellow Ribbon City
The City of Inver Grove Heights was declared a Yellow Ribbon City in 2011. The mission of the Inver Grove Heights Beyond the Yellow Ribbon Campaign is to provide the community a network of support for military members, veterans, and their families before, during, and after deployment.
The Minnesota National Guard has pioneered a program which empowers community leaders to synchronize efforts and build an enduring network of support for service members and families throughout the deployment cycle.
