Register through Infinite Campus in the School Store. Log into Infinite Campus through portal.sd199.org.
 
Family Maximum Activity Fees per School Year
Please contact the Activities Office at 651-306-7001 BEFORE registering if you have reached the applicable Family Maximum.
  • 1 Student per family - $330
  • 2 Students per family - $460
  • 3 or more students per family - $575

The participant's Sports Physical must be current to register. 
New sports physicals may be dropped off in the Simley main office or the IGH Middle School main office - Attn: Activities Office or faxed to 651-306-7934. If you need a physical form to bring to the physician, click here for the MSHSL Sports Qualifying Physical Examination Clearance Form.

Participants must have a current physical on file & registration completed to begin practice.  Physicals are valid for three (3) years from the date of the exam.

Please note that there are NO activity buses to bring students home. Parents/guardians are responsible to arrange transportation home after practices or games.
