Check & Update Your Contact Information
To ensure that you receive important automated calls, emails, and texts from the school district, please check that your contact information in Infinite Campus is correct and that your preferred email and phone number are marked for “Emergency” and “General.” If everything is correct and you have not received any automated calls, please contact your child's school. 

How to Verify and/or Update Your Household Information:
  • Log in to the Parent Portal and click Infinite Campus.
  • Click on the person icon in the upper righthand corner of the screen.
  • Click "Settings."
  • Click "Contact Preferences."
  • Check your phone number and email address here.
  • Update your phone number and email address if you need to, and mark your preferred phone number and email address for at least "General" and "Emergency."
  • If you would like to receive texts as well, check the "General" and "Emergency" boxes under "Text (SMS)."
  • Click "Save" after making any changes.

Opt in to Receive Text Messages:
  • Log in to the Parent Portal and click Infinite Campus.
  • Click on the person icon in the upper righthand corner of the screen.
  • Click "Settings."
  • Click "Contact Preferences."
  • Under your preferred phone number, check the "General" and "Emergency" boxes under "Text (SMS)" to receive important notifications from the school district via text.
  • Click "Save" after making any changes.
