Meal Prices

Thanks to the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), ISD 199 will provide meal for free of charge to all students for the 2021-2022 school year.

No application is required to receive this free meal benefit. However, the district is encouraging ALL families to apply for Educational Benefits because your child(ren) may qualify additional benefits such as discounts or the Pandemic Electronic Benefit Transfer (P-EBT) which is a federal temporary emergency nutrition benefit that is loaded onto electronic cards for families to purchase food. (Must apply by September 3. Details at mn.gov/dhs/p-ebt)

Please Note: Milk costs $0.45 for all students, K-12, when purchased on its own. This applies to any students who bring their own bag lunch from home and want to drink milk with their meal. A milk charge is considered an A la Carte item. A la Carte items can only be charged if the student has funds in their account to cover the cost of the item.
