Inver Grove Heights Schools

Inver Grove Heights Middle School and Simley High School students who are part of the Spartan Prevention, Advocacy, and Resource Coalition Youth Group visited the Minnesota Capitol in March for Minnesotans for a Smoke-Free Generation Day.

Senior Laura Bosin was named the recipient of this year’s Athena Award for Simley High School.

The Simley High School Wind Ensemble had an opportunity to perform with the College of St. Benedict and St. John's University (CSB+SJU) Wind Ensemble on the college band's tour.

The Simley High School Symphonic Band and Wind Ensemble earned some of the highest ratings in this year's Minnesota State High School League Large Group Band Contest.

Simley High School students in Jazz I performed with Mahtomedi High School jazz students to further music education at both schools.
